Warranty

We proudly stand behind the quality of everything we sell and hope you’re happy with your gear. All power stations and solar panels from our eMaxGrow have a 12-Months Warranty, which covers any manufacturing defects.

EMaxGrow can be easily repaired by replacing the broken part. If you use it properly but quality problems occur during the warranty period, we will always diagnose and send free replacement parts for boards under warranty. Shipping fees will be collected (Recently eMaxGrow received a malicious request for maintenance. We had to make tough decisions, if the parts are sent out power stations and solar panels still cannot work properly, you will be marked as the buyer with abnormal behavior by us. After that, your repair needs can only bring the power station or solar panel back to eMaxGrow headquarters, diagnose and update parts by our engineers. But we will not bear the freight).

We are responsible for diagnose and sending free parts until the board is fixed. For example, if we sent you part A but problem still exists, we will keep sending B in place of A, whatever needed, until the moment the right part is replaced and the board is fixed.

You can buy all parts in our shop and we also provide 24-Months warranty. If not, please contact us or click Message us to chat online.

The water damage, wheel wear and manual damage are not covered under warranty.

 

Refund Policy

Many of our products include a warranty that protects your purchase of eMaxGrow products in the event of a defect. This may include refunding your purchase or replacement of your product with a similar or comparable item. This warranty is only available to customers who purchased their items from emaxflow.com or a marketplace or seller authorized by eMaxGrow. Our friendly and responsive support team is happy to assist you with your warranty-related inquiries. Please contact us for more information.

The duration of this warranty may vary from one product to another, but some policies remain the same:

  • The warranty period starts on the date the item is purchased from eMaxGrow.com or an authorized retailer.
  • The warranty does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, theft, or confiscation of your eMaxGrow products.
  • Warranty service does not extend the product's warranty beyond the coverage period established by the date of your purchase.
  • The warranty will be invalidated if the product has not been used in accordance with the product documentation.
  • The warranty is only valid for purchases made directly from eMaxGrow.com or through the authorized dealers.
  • To verify your purchase and to better serve you, we may require information about your order (including date of purchase, order ID/number, and the name of the retailer) and, when applicable, your product's serial number. Warranty service may not be carried out if this information is not available.
  • The eMaxGrow Care Team will make a final determination regarding warranty service.
  • Your warranty is non-transferable.
